By creating an account, joining a family circle, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. What messages you'll receive
By providing your mobile number when you create an In Hand. account, you agree to receive service text messages from In Hand. These include deadline reminders for your monthly submission, delivery confirmations when your digest ships, and account notices related to your family circle.
If you choose to opt in separately, we may also send you occasional tips, seasonal offers, and referral prompts by text. This is always optional and separate from the service messages above.
2. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your family circle's activity and your submission schedule. Most account holders receive 2–4 service texts per month.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
4. How to opt out
You can stop receiving texts from us at any time by replying STOP to any message. We also recognize any other clear opt-out request — phrases like "please stop texting me" or "remove my number" will be honored the same way. Once you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation text and no further messages will be sent.

6. Family circle invitations
If a family member adds your phone number to their In Hand. circle, you may receive a single invitation text asking whether you'd like to join. You are never automatically enrolled — joining requires your own reply. If you'd rather not receive texts from us, reply STOP and you will not hear from us again. We will not resend the invitation automatically if you don't respond.
